Good benefits about average compared to other companies but could be better for such a large company

Decent health insurance options. HSA program with wellness discount is it bad at all.

Health benefits are moderate. Nothing outstanding but okay.

Aetna, Kaiser or another Health insurance. Kaiser is horrible, I would go with Aetna

matching and options based on family status are well rounded.

I had Blue Cross then they switched to employer sponsored insurance with Aetna. I didn't experience that as a very positive change. It's health insurance though so better than nothing. The silly thing is voluntary employee health screen to get a deduction in your premium. If you are healthy, it equates to less than $10 off. Premium for the choices I had (single) was about $150/month (not bad) while I think whole family is around $400/month. The HSA choice might in fact be better though considering high deductibles, monthly premiums, and decreased choice for providers.
