401K Plan

It is a little above average, you start getting the company match after your first paycheck. The company matches at 50% up to the first 6% of your salary. This is the only company I have worked at that didn't have a waiting period for your 401k match to kick in.

Grateful that they have a 401K plan with up to $4000 matching. Just wishing they did full matching to help accelerate retirement planning.
