There are a variety of options to choose from including FSA and HSA accounts for certain plans. This allows for a lot of flexibility.

The health insurance benefits cover health, dental and vision. I have had excellent experiences (i.e. good) for all my benefits, able to select the doctors and pharmacies I want without issue. I would recommend the benefits.
