A mixed bag. We had a $500 allowance to get situated, which is ridiculously low when you consider the cost of getting a decent desk, chair, and internet connection. And beyond that, getting dedicated square footage in our house. We had the digital tools we needed and everyone played well together to meet and work; productivity went up since we started working from home, but it means more time working and cramped homes.

As an SE, there is no pressure to return to the office. Flexible working environment. The sales departments have a different approach with recommendations of coming in twice a week.
