Most employees have the option to work from home.

Flexible WFH options which allow employees to work around their schedule .

Many people work from home twice a week. Thursday is a No-Meeting day so most of the employees work from home

Anyone is eligible for Flex Force, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Just send an email WFH (Work from Home) . I do that once a week

I love it, I do it all the time. It obviously take some time to feel comfortable to not have a team around you, but once you get the hang of things, it makes for a much more peaceful environment.

There is plenty of autonomy if you are getting your work done

Depending on your role you can speak to your manager about working from home. The company is very tech savvy and driven so you can definitely have the flexibility to work from home. Many employees are actually remotely based.

Working from home is very limited.
