Honestly the worst thing is that there is not health benefits. But it wasn't bad enough of a benefit for me not to leave my other job that did have health insurance. I like the paid time off plan that ScriptiLabs offers. I also like that we work 7.5 hour days. It may not seem like alot but that additional 1/2 hour off a day is nice. The snacks, drinks, and happy hour isn't such a bad perk to have either!
