SeaView is proud to continue to sponsor the staff member benefit plans. Seaview pays 80% and the staff member pays 20% of the premium for staff member coverage.
Eligibility: New staff members who are hired on with at least 30 hours per week schedule will be eligible for SeaView Dental & Medical package on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment.
Staff members who average at least 30 hours per week over 90 days may also be eligible for medical & dental benefits. Relief staff members are not eligible for medical & dental benefits.
Medical: Our current medical coverage offers a $3,000 annual deductible, coinsurance 70%, out of pocket maximum $6,850.
