Eligibility to Enter the 403b Plan: All staff members are eligible to make salary deferral contributions to the Plan at their date of hire. Your contributions are always 100% vested.
Eligibility for Employer Matching: All staff members 21 years and older are eligible after one year of service and 1000 hours. Matching contributions are calculated at the rate of fifty cents ($0.50) for each dollar you elect to contribute (up to a maximum of 6% of your pay period compensation). Matching contributions are subject to a 5 year vesting schedule.
In addition SeaView maintains a discretionay paymento staff member retirement accounts.
