The took away the discount and now all employees get is a percentage of Reward Points back on purchases.

Very basic employee discount. Nothing to brag about. Can come in handy for those that enjoy shopping.

They upgraded system to a back in points discount, increased the amount of discount in some departments.

It really sucks that they removed our discount. Was only working there part time for extra money and the discount. Don't know if the pittance of extra money is worth it now.

As of 2017, it's no longer a thing.

They just recently got rid of their employee discount and replaced it with a program so employees receive a higher percentage back in points. To some it may be beneficial, but most of us just want the immediate savings on a specific item. Points earned expire after 60 days. Feels like a way to make money off of your employees.
