20% at Sears and 10% at Kmart

The *benefits* were not beneficial at all. Health insurance was way too expensive. No 401k matching. Nothing to write home about.

While you're an associate you get 10 or 20% off items.

Because while working there I was full time for Shelby County government my benefits primarily concerned came from Shelby County the benefits from Sears was just an add-on

It essentially pays for sales tax on big items, which can be great for putting together a kitchen, but is occasionally underwhelming.

The best was 20% off clothes

It was 10% off everything.

It was an alright discount. 20% off for clothing and shoes and 10% off for tools and appliances. They had a weird rule about not being able to use the discount at the auto center unless it was attached to the store which most of them are not.
