it's 10% off for this and only 20% off for that - can't combine it with this or that .. really annoying !

Usually less than sale prices and most of the time it doesn't stack.

The discount for Sears and Kmart employees were not the same.

its a 10% employee discount, but you do learn the ins and outs of the shop your way program which can be very beneficial.

20% on clothing and shoes, 10% on everything else. Cannot be combined with coupons. It can add up, but sometimes coupons are better. When I was there it worked with points back coupons, but I've heard they stopped that, which is sad.

Minimal, often just offsets the tax.

Discount is great bit always helps to buy appliances and definitely great for kids, baby, teen and work clothes.
