It was only about 10 percent

is 20% on clothe and 10% on everything else but prices are high most of the price for of brand merchandise you have to be on the change of season lookout or when a big sale is going on to have a valid advantage than just buying somewhere else

The discount wasn't that impressive. You could take an additional 15% on most products, but only once every other month for a couple hours after the store is usually closing down or is closed.

Every time I would go to the friends and family night and to use my sears discount card it would not work. The lines would get long people behind me would start complaining and I would just say forget it the extra 10% off is not worth it

Dollar off coupons prohibited. Must not use other credit cards. Not a high percentage.

10% off on appliance & 20%off on apparel, but can't use coupons in conjunction with discount

The discount could be a little more

Considering the extremely limited allotment of working hours and low end pay provided to its employees, employee discount could definitely use a boost.

This is literally the best part of working here you get a solid discount on clothes as well as Electronics
