Employee Discounts

The clothing discount is nice. 20% off clothes, 10% off everything else at Sears or Kmart. However, at kmart it excludes the sale prices and since most things are on some kind of sale, in it fairly mute there. Cannot be used with coupons or other sale offers.

great for clothing and softline items but not very good for other items throughout the store. Only their SYWR program is of any help and that is the same if you are an employee or not

Best thing is that it works with Kmart which is in the same company. As well as some other third party vendors.
