At Sears the discount applies on top of sale prices. At Kmart it does not. The Friends and Family discount program has changed, now offering a lower percentage off. Just another way to line the pockets of the man in charge.

Discount only enough to take off taxes.

10% off hardlines. 20% off softlines. Worst thing is that it doesn't stack with any other discounts, so you end up getting about what most customers could get

Discounts limited much more than before

The discount was fairly useless because of their inflated prices. I could usually save more money by shopping somewhere else.
