good on sale and clearance merchandise which is unusual for retail. works with the benefits of the SYWR program too

Best: Discounts when combined with Friends and Family sales and clearance markdowns can be amazing. Worst: Employee Discount on electronics doesn't even cover tax and Tools/L&G/Fitness discount is negligible unless you're spending 1000's.
