Costs continued to increase however this is not the fault of the employer. Many different options were available depending on personal needs such as health care savings and different levels of plans. The better the plan the more the cost/deduction from pay but that is the same everyplace.

Poor choices, high out of pocket costs especially for dependents, Sears contribution very low. Better choices/prices on ACA marketplace.
