Health Insurance

Sears offers many different health insurance benefits. Sears does not contrubute much to the health insurance cost. In order to get quality insurance and not have to pay rediculous deductibles it costs too much out of each paycheck.

The cost is astronomical and the coverage is minimal.

They only give you an $150.00 for health care and i still pay 180.00 every two week

The insurance is to expensive to afford and the lowest coverage does not cover much for the amount that is charged or taken out of our paychecks.

No health insurance option for part time employees. None. Part time doesn't mean you work part time, it means that you are excluded from benefits.

Horrible, actually spending $8900 for 2017 with coverage that has a 4500.00 deductible, can't afford an office visit at full price,

My network seems satisfactory enough, but I live in Chicago so there are more options.

Extremely expensive and covered nothing.
