Pros- Great on the job training and lots of training by the company thru the use of on-line training. Cons- Some of the training can take either hours or days to complete while staring at a computer.

Very little job training. All you do is spend a week with the manager watching or helping him/her with transactions. After that you are on your own and will face situations you are not prepared for.
