Good from what I can tell

They have a really awesome match.

Matching was reinstated in 2021 after being discontinued in 2020 due to COVID-19.

They match up to 6% which is very reasonable.

While the 401k plan match is not the highest out there, it’s pretty close to the 100% for 6% of the tots salary that I’ve seen at other tech companies. One things that stands out though, is that they provide access to additional financial and retirement advisement.
