Does not kick in for up to 59 days after hiring. Company makes it a point to bring new hires in at last possible point to avoid triggering health ins start; after bragging about their great 401k program, they hire people in AFTER eligibility for 401k has passed. Health Ins Program is adequate, similar to other employers who offer health ins. Not a reason to bother working there.
