I like the hybrid policy. We get 2 days work from home, which is the perfect balance for me. They are very adamant that this is a “work from home” policy and not a “remote” policy. They expect you to be at your home office unless you have written permission. I get it, though. I’m sure there are a lot of people who would take advantage of the policy otherwise.
