Could always use more time, but it’s great to have what we have. Only 6 paid holidays, though, which is difficult, as many companies have 10.

Very fair policy for time off. Scheduling time off may be difficult if you are a care provider. Schedules are made far in advance so when emergencies happen employees will sometimes just call out.

Liberal Paid Annual Leave (PAL), with increases for incremental years of service. PAL often denied. Left with over 80 days accumulated leave.

You have to use PAL time in order to get holidays paid, no paid holidays and you have to use with days of PAL time if your out sick on the third day you can use your sick time and will also need a doctors note.
