For everything (both online and in-store) there is a standard 30% off discount (to use online you'd ask your manager and use EMPLOYEE30 attached to your personal account) and 40% off of all Sephora collection items (this doesn't include Sephora Favorites, their sampler kits). These bonuses can stack on top of: 500 points $10 off, mark-downs (the system registers them as their reduced price compared to discounts, which take a percentage off at the end and thus cannot stack with other discounts unless pre-approved by corporate) clearance items, and anything corporate states in Zipline to be stackable with the employee discount. While employees cannot share their discount with family there is a week period of time right before holiday where employees take home codes to disperse amongst whoever (friends, family, even influencer codes for employees with followers) for them to use a big discount for anything in the store (compared to their usual sales featuring specific items).
