I've always thought we have fantastic health insurance at Sephora. The biggest downside is that it is rather expensive. For the middle-of-the-road plan, dental, and vision, I pay $240/month for one person. Not sure how that compares to other companies, but I suppose it's worth it if you are in and out of doctors

You could only get it as a full time employee I do believe, it was just normal insurance. You pay a monthly amount out of your checks to have it.
