You will learn far more on your own. The Serv U university will try to help tell you the proper way to do things. Sadly in the real world things like step ladder carts are not safe because the brakes don't work. When you report things nothing is done.

They have put a lot of money in internal training. The company has a brick and mortar university that managers attend for training. It has a lot of internal value but absolutely no value outside of the company.
