401k is nothing special - typical Fidelity plan. Not a lot of low-cost funds, but you can find them if you look. No employer matching, though - major bummer.

Every legitimate company offers a 401k today. The fact that ServiceNow can push so much RSU (stock) to management but can't afford to assist all employees in retirement savings is troublesome.
