Share the Fruit Variable Plan

The Share the Fruit (STF) plan is the same for every Rocketeer, regardless of the overall size of the STF portion, is cut up into 2 distinct pieces on an equal basis:

1. Goals - 50% of your STF plan is made up of you achievement of Goals.
2. Company Net Margin Target - 50% of your STF plan is made up of our overall achievement of the Net Margin target (measured as EBITDA) on a quarterly basis.
