ServiceRocket encourages all Rocketeers to maintain a healthy lifestyle with the provision of a certain amount of Wellness Leave. This benefit covers illness, promotes physical and mental well-being, and encourages preventive health practices. Wellness Leave goes beyond sick leave and can be used for example for sick days, doctor visits, or for mental health days or other unexpected wellness-related reasons.
Wellness Leave is available to both full and part-time Rocketeers who are employed by ServiceRocket.
US Rocketeers are provided 1 (one) day of paid Wellness Leave per year.
