Whilst our competitive base salary and variable (Total Cash Compensation - TCC) packages are an excellent way to compensate for the now, share profits via STF, we also offer all full time Rocketeers the opportunity to own a part of ServiceRocket. Since we launched our Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP) plan in 2013, hundreds of Rocketeers have been able to accept and exercise options to allow them to become shareholders in ServiceRocket.
