The employee discount was awesome considering the regular prices for the food. The discount is 60^ and often times if our managers knew we were working really hard, didn’t get a chance to have a break or just wanted to treat us, they’d comp our meals for us

The fact that we only get a 60% discount when on the clock, our food is already pricy without the discount so it doesnt make much of a difference.

You got discount on apparel purchased online but not in store. Employees also received 50% discount on all food purchase on shift but once per day.

We deserve free food for the amount of work we put in . Most o our paycheck will go into shake shack fromhaving to pay a 60% discount .
