Maternity & Paternity Leave

I havent used it but I know maternity leave covers a year

6 weeks disability pay, with 1 year maternity leave paid for the ought EI

Difficult to get a position / role when returning back from a long period of a scene like paternity leave.

you get 6 weeks paid, no top up for the rest of the time you are on employment insurance. For such a large company you would think they would support a parent to raise their children until they are almost 1 by supplying the other 40% of their pay while on leave

Not particularly great, I think they top up your salary for something like 6 weeks, cannot recall specifics.
