The plan I signed up for was very good, it was just new when I started. Apparently that plan is no longer offered as another new plan has been put in place but I cannot comment on how good that one is.

First 10 years defined contribution which is matched by Shell at 6% plus employee contribution (i.e. 4% employee + 10% employer = 14% total). At 10 years, option to move to Career DC is offered or defined benefit.
