Number of paid holidays per year is good considering general trends in India. Generally managers encourage to plan annual holidays and utilize the total holidays.

Good time off policies. Abides country wise rules but sick leaves are not counted.

25 leaves provisioned annually starting Jan to Dec. Provision for carry over of leaves to next year till March.

Very lineant in terms of leave, one can take as many as one wants.

Health being top priority for the organization you are allowed to take sick leaves to get yourself fit again. You are also offered 24 days of paid leave for the year apart from national holidays. The only difference between Indian nationals and foreign nationals taking leave is that Indian nationals are forced to answer quiet a few questions and create back up to ensure nothing slips between the cracks when they are on leave. But when foreign nationals take leave no questions are asked and it doesn't matter if some important/critical work is lined up to be completed.

Best thing is vacation & paid time off is available to be availed by employees Worst is that one needs to catchup with all pending stuff upon resuming office. Essentially you work more to catchup for your vacation

Earned leaves gets lapsed when they are not used, and in some teams the responsibility and pressure doesn't allow people to avail there earned leave with peace

Employees are not disturbed during their leave
