The 401K program is a great benefit. They do match a little which is nice. After 5 years, you are fully vested. Most companies, after 10 years, you are fully vested. I like the flexibility to move or exchange my investments. I have dealt with Fidelity Investments before in a previous job.

Great that as a part-time employee can start a 401K, most companies don't offer this unless a full-time employee or in management.
