Job Training

It was good while I was working there

They offer this benefit to part time employees. Most companies only offer this benefit to full time employees.

Very brief they expect a lot time to get cross trained can be a wait, experience is almost needed to be able to meet requirements

When i received the job, there was no store manager. It was just myself and the assistant manager to run the store. We were so short handed for help that i had hardly any training.when we did finally get a store manager, he was notified of the situation and proceeded to not train me. He then harassed me for not knowing how to do certain tasks

depending on position training time can be short. new manager trainees are given 6 weeks before being placed and that is not enough. sales associates learn as they go

They are very thorough on their job training

they get you up to speed with their products if you pay close attention to the program. most people blow through it and have no industry knowledge

Little training before asked to take on major roles.
