The discount on non-sales items in 20%, which basically just eliminates the sales tax and maybe a couple dollars off the retail price, while the discount on sales items is 10%, which barely taxes a few dollars off the sales tax in most cases.

you get 10% as a sales associate, and 20% as a manager, its nice to get a little back from the place you work.

Sales Associates get a 10% discount.
For managers, if the price has not been marked down, you get 20%, but if the price has been marked down you get 10%

that at least it's there, it's not a whole lot off the shoes but being as they are already fairly affordable it's nice to get something off.

The employee discount is only 10%. If a customer approaches the register and complains about a scratch or coloration, they can easily get at least 20% off. The employee discount is insulting.

Varies depending on the product. Some could range as high up as 60 percent off while others had no discount.

Horrible. 20% for full time employees, 15% for part time.

Employee discount is basically just enough to cover sales tax in Louisiana. It's slightly better for full time management, but still not much.
