Nothing negative to input! Loved it while I was there.

When I started working here it was right before they were purchased by CVS so most of the time speaking with customers they just thought we were a scam because they had no idea who we were. Even though we would only be calling them because we had previously sent them not only a letter in the mail explaining that we would be calling but also we are only calling because their personal insurance company that they themselves pay for hired us to contact them on behalf of their insurance company.

WFH is great. Changes that came with CVS are removing some of the joys of Signify.

They allow a hybrid or fully remote schedule depending on department.
