Simplus has an "unlimited PTO" policy. The only caveat is that you must ensure that you hit your utilization target each quarter.

Best thing: UNLIMITED!!!!! Worst thing: Not Unlimited. Especially when the team is struggling with monthly/quarterly hour-based goals (almost every month), management doesn't allow PTO requests or PTO to be taken. If the team is doing well, submit and take your PTO immediately.
