All cw's (82% of the workforce here at Sims in Roseville,CA.) opt out of taking a sick day because they get penalized for being sick. Each CW gets 6 points when you reach your 6 point for being late or sick etc.. (Being sick is one point) your assignment is terminated. So people come to work hacking there sickness onto others because they don't want to lose their job. Sims is a brutal heartless company.
