Maternity and paternity leave is great!

Unlimited paid vacation. I know this is a double edged sword, but this really does reduce my personal stress and anxiety around taking a day for myself here or there, or worrying about banked days for a vacation. The general attitude here is, "do your work well" there is a ton of autonomy outside that concept.
