Company provides WFH option with only 2 days/week in office. Most teams follow this. The days and frequency could be decided at the team or Org level.

Since covid began some departments have adopted a work from home setting. While others do go into the office 2-3 day a week. It depends on which department you work in.

My team is designated as Ad-hoc so we only go in if the team organizes a day to come into the office. It’s majority work from home. You can go in to the office if you want but you’re not expected or required to. It’s the best of both worlds.

They allow depending on department, but I've heard people they are scared to work from home due to people talking behind their backs and/or need to work soo much harder by sending emails that you are work or participate in meetings so management can track you are working.
