Bonus rates are minimal. Rates are based on extremely broken metrics, and are entirely dependent upon your assigned workload (volume, type of mail, complexity of batch type). Work is not equally distributed and it can be almost impossible to make baseline quota if you are assigned complex or tedious work long-term.
