Snap offers a retirement savings plan that allows you to save for your retirement on a pre-tax and/or post-tax basis. Snap matches 100% up to 3% and 50% on your 4th and 5th contribution to both your pre-tax and/or Roth elective contributions and the match is immediately vested. Snap also provides the Mega Backdoor Roth option to contribute on an after-tax basis up to the IRS limit.
