Snowflake offers standard health insurance offering typical of any startup tech in the bay area. I have worked for other small startup companies that offer free-of-charge health insurance coverage for single employees even in recent years. I feel that Snowflake could improve on their health insurance benefits by covering single employees' health insurance free of charge. That would be an improvement on the current health insurance coverage at Snowflake.
