SoCal Gas offers Up to 4% Matching

6% matching. Fully vested from day 1.

401k matching: $0.50 for each dollar you save from 1% to 6% of eligible earnings. For contributions 7% to 11%, the company makes a matching contribution using a "stretch match" design up to an additional 1%. To receive full company match of 4%, one needs to contribute 11%.
