Best is that it is offered and coverage seems decent. Worst is that company doesn't cover full expense of it monthly, but that is pretty common these days

Recently switched back to Independence Administrators, which is better than Trustmark. SofterWare has traditionally tried to offset the bulk of the premium for the single employee, but has made improvements towards offsetting they premium for families too. Also, employees are offered 3 different types of plans, including HDHP with HSA option, Co-Insurance, and traditional. This is great as it helps to meet the various needs of different employees.
