SofterWare went fully "remote first" about a year or so after the start of the pandemic. There is still an office for those who prefer it or don't have a home environment conducive to working. It has somewhat changed the culture, but overall I believe the benefits of WFH fast outweigh the loss of aspects of the office culture.
