Pretty good training, mine was online. Sometimes they do it in person. Best training is in the field.

Needs improvement you can't grow without this process well organized.

Its okay I thought the guy in jersey did a great job. But honestly I was hired because I'm great at installing panels. Even if you look at my team or office in general it went from dragging out jobs to get overtime to increasing production to get panel pay. I think the best job training came from outside sources not in house solar city trained reps.

Nearly two full weeks of training for all CAMG empoyees, plus on-the-job shadowing until you are fully in your position. Very accommodating.
