Your commissions is your performance bonus. However you win prizes and getaways all the time if you do well.

Total joke! You mak 15 bucks a panel and 27 if you generate the lead...so in order to make 100k a year like they claim everyone is, you need 100% referal business and even that, with their 6 month wait time to install is nearly impossible

The performance bonus is good but not great. For example. If its extreme weather... say over 100 (150plus on a roof) or under 30 with a wind chill of -5. They should have adjusters to the performance pay to pay out incentives for working hard even at a slower pace in extreme weather situations.
