so lame. The stock options for regular employees is such a tiny tiny tiny amount not that they offer them anymore. Also they set the price in retrospect each month as opposed to day of hiring or quarterly.

Only thing that would make them better is if they became vested sooner. 25% after one year, 50% after two years, 75% after three, and fully vested at four years.
